First, let me confess that I have not run this by my partner. This is because my partner seems to have disappeared. Should he show up on the scene, he may suggest improvements or alterations.
My proposal is that rule #107:
No rule-change may take effect earlier than the moment of the completion of the vote that adopted it, even if its wording explicitly states otherwise. No rule-change may have retroactive application.
Be transmuted from immutable to mutable.
I like it, but I'll hold off on an official vote just yet until I at least give Jared a chance to disagree with me first :)

Dammit, that Doppelgänger I have been chasing through the space time continuum must have voted for me. The bastard. I mean, if this is a vote to repeal, I, not the Doppelgänger, vote "yes". That is as long as Mistress Babbles votes yes to repeal (of course).

I'll vote yes on the repeal tentatively. I see no reason why Myk would oppose it, so if he doesn't respond, it's safe to say he agreed with my vote.
